Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period. Unused credits from your current cycle are not refunded upon cancellation, but any remaining access continues until the period expires.

Credit Refunds

If an audit fails due to a platform error, credits are automatically refunded to your account. For cancelled audits, partial credit refunds are issued based on the work completed before cancellation. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact our support team and we will review your case within two business days.
