This Data Processing Addendum outlines how SEOHealthChecker processes data on behalf of customers in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Data Processing Scope

SEOHealthChecker processes website audit data, search console metrics, analytics data, and user account information as a data processor on behalf of our customers. Processing activities are limited to providing the agreed-upon SEO auditing services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect processed data.

Sub-Processors and Data Transfers

We use a limited set of sub-processors for hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request. Any cross-border data transfers comply with applicable GDPR transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
